Hey! We are Alex and Niccy

& We want to sail the world

Yes, you read that right: We want to sail around the world! We might come from different backgrounds and have our own ways of looking at things, but on this one, we fully agree - we want to explore the world by boat!

The idea is simple, but getting there is anything but. The to-do list is still long, but the countdown is already set - the clock is ticking, and the day we untie the lines and chase the horizon is getting closer!

That’s exactly why we started this blog: to share the whole journey, not just the pretty sunset photos once we’re out at sea. From boat projects and learning new skills to fun facts about science and engineering, and of course the music, food, and poetry we’ll pick up as we explore other cultures - it’s all part of the adventure we want to bring you along for.

The journey has already started, even if the sails aren’t up yet!
